James' qualities as a mortgage banker are many: he is very pleasant to deal with, he is extremely knowledgeable about the product he sells, he is most efficient in delivering it, he is very accessible in that he returns telephone calls very rapidly, and the method that Rocket Mortgage uses to administer the application process is highly automated and very easy to use.
