I was very skeptical of this process through refinance with an online company. Out of curiosity I thought I would reach out to them and just see what they can do to help me. The entire process from beginning to end only took a couple of short weeks. My agent was there for me every step of the way! I appreciated the fact that he was always available by text or phone and if he didn’t answer right away he never took more than a few hours to reply. He was very knowledgeable and helped answer every question I had along the way. I also appreciated and respected the fact that if he did not know how to answer one of my questions, he found out and got back to me. My agent made this process painless! All through the process he kept me updated and was an excellent guide to some of the transactions I was unsure of. In a nutshell, Gabe was THE MAN for my wife and I! I do not usually do surveys and reviews, but Gabe deserved it for me to make the effort.
