We appreciate the quick and helpful information that Richard gave to us so we could decide what we really wanted to do or what we could do. Unfortunately my husband ended up in the hospital and we were unable to concentrate on a refinance. Richard did not put any pressure on us to decide anything. Instead he said not to worry and he and his family would pray for us.
