My wife called Rocket Mortgage to inquire for a new loan / retirement house and LUCKY for us, Michael got the call to handle our account. Have never been so pleased with the professionalism he gave us, vs. any of the many mortgage lenders my wife and I have had to deal with over the years. His competence, always pleasant demeanor, candor and advice on how to "make the mortgage" work, etc. was par-non.
