A few weeks ago I started an on-line inquiry with Rocket Mortgage but didn't finish it. Jeremy was one of many who contacted me based on that partial inquiry and I was impressed with his messages so I called him when I was ready to move forward. However, Jeremy was able to show me the value of refinancing and still achieving the financial goals that I had. He is very prompt at keeping appointments and went out of his way to fit our appointments into my busy schedule. That included evenings, weekends and even a call when he was ill. I've moved to the next phase of the process and have a new contact. However, I know that if I need Jeremy for something he is available to take my call.
