Justin has been great to work with and guided me properly on my first home and mortgage. His patience working with me, I travel a lot for business, was greatly appreciated. Although, I traveled a lot during our process he was very prompted and on top of the ball on helping me close as fast as possible. I think we closed just under 35 days which is very quick for being my first mortgage.
He supported me after normal work hours which was very helpful during the times I was traveling on the west coast and dealing with the 3 hour time difference. He answered any questions, simple or complicated, I had and was very prompt. He stayed on top of all the items and documents I needed to complete which really helped in closing as fast as we did.
Working with Justin was just so simple. I don't know what all the fuss and frustration was about I hear from my friends on applying for a mortgage.
