I have applied for refinancing before, and the process took weeks. I was very surprised to receive texts, followed by phone calls, from Steve WHILE I WAS SITTING AT THE COMPUTER after just having submitted my application. Previous experiences, while not unpleasant, have never gone quite so expeditiously. Steve was knowledgeable, and even was able to get my payment reduced after I asked him ...I have applied for refinancing before, and the process took weeks.
