Great job on the initial contact and getting to the approval al stages. Very though and timely on data exchanges etc. I had sent him many documents through the early stages that the title company needed. For some reason they kept calling;lling me for the information.

Torward the end of the process I was contacted by a new person to follow the rest of the approval process. Torward the end of the process I was contacted by a new person to follow the rest of the approval process. I would have been nice to hear from Justin that this was going to happen. After this handoff had a couple of issue where someone from Rocket called me to get the title company to do something. I called the title;e company two different times and they said they had no work orders from rocket in their portal. On both occasions the Rocket folks found they had the documents already after I called and told them the title company was waiting on them. Scammer. Sent an unsolicited text to me about using my equity to help lower costs or access cash. I'm 5 states away from him and have never inquired about using my equity from my lender, let alone this guy. Worse part is, I have to "opt-out" of something I never chose to opt-in to! Total scam!!
