He walked me through the process telling me he would be totally honest throughout and if I felt uncomfortable or needed to ask any questions just do so. I had many and must admit still skeptical. I was thinking okay, any moment, as in the past, this guy was going to come back and tell me sorry he was wrong. Jeff was calm and reassuring.
