Billy was simply exceptional as a mortgage officer, he walked me through all the details and documents needed, kept in touch through the entire process and helped move things quickly. I started my mortgage process on a Friday, by Monday I had an appraiser at my home, by Thursday final documents were ready and early next week mortgage had closed. Truly rocket speed :)
