Dan was great!! He was thorough and we understood every step of the way. His overall manner even when we had hiccups in the way, was amazing. I would recommend Rocket to anyone for home buying or refinancing.

So glad Bob is the one who picked up the phone when I called! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive when needed. His customer service kept me going through the process (which was actually easy, just with one or two glitches) when I was ready to walk away. Thanks, Bob!
