I was originally working with another person with Rocket. I also used be a loan originator for Rocket. The other person didn't seem to want to work on it. So I let it go. I was connected to Matt and he went to work. He put in a lot of effort to help me meet the goals I was looking to meet. He stayed connected to me the whole time. Honestly it felt like I was communicating and texting with a friend...I was originally working with another person with Rocket. I also used be a loan originator for Rocket. The other person didn't seem to want to work on it. So I let it go. I was connected to Matt and he went to work. He put in a lot of effort to help me meet the goals I was looking to meet. He stayed connected to me the whole time. Honestly it felt like I was communicating and texting with a friend I had known for years. In the end he was able to help me get where I needed to be. He was on his game and knew how to work things within the ways he could. I was pleased with his efforts. I would recommend him if you need a mortgage reach out to him.Read MoreRead Less

Jacob was always available to me throughout the process and we did achieve the process completion at the goal date and then some. I hope if I ever need another loan from Rocket that I get Jacob.

Brian has worked with me on two separate occasions but is also the person my entire family relies on for mortgage and financial advice. There is nobody I trust more with providing sound and reliable guidance than him. Thanks again for all you do for me and my family!

If there was such a thing as a concierge mortgage broker, Mo’s practice would be impossible to get into. His service is in fact better than out concierge doctor! This is our 4th home transaction with him and his service just keeps getting better. If he says it will be done it will be. Not sure what else to say but he’s the best!
