Nate was wonderful. The whole house buying experience is probably not one that I want to go through again anytime soon. But our situation was a little weird and Nate was absolutely knowledgeable and patient with helping me understand all the financials going into the loan and the options that we had to work with. Even when there was a setback he quickly reworked the numbers to get us the new ones.
