So going into this process with Rocket Mortgage I must admit I was skeptical. Using an online portal to apply for a mortgage seemed to me too easy. Little did I know it was even easier than that. From start to finish, I was well taken care of. Once I was introduced to Tracy Rice, I felt I was in good hands.
Not having a loan officer to see in person was not an issue whatsoever. Tracy followed up ...So going into this process with Rocket Mortgage I must admit I was skeptical. Once I was introduced to Tracy Rice, I felt I was in good hands.
Not having a loan officer to see in person was not an issue whatsoever. Tracy followed up on any questions I had and kept in touch the "right" amount for me.
On the road constantly for my job, being able to use the online portal and calling her was perfect solution to never being in an area during banking hours.
Tracy was more than I could have ever asked for in a loan officer. She understood my questions and never talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about. With all the calculations, percentages and banking "jargon" she explained everything to me perfectly. I never once felt overwhelmed or understood, it all worked out great.

Not that I am looking to go through another mortgage, but if I was, I would be more than pleased to work with her again. Thanks Tracy for all your help, I truly appreciate it.Read MoreRead Less
