From the start of the loan process Rose was always there for me. This was a loan for my daughters first home and there were lots of questions and concerns, but Rose was ready for all the questions we had. We were also speaking with another loan officer, but it became obvious when Rose and Rocket Mortgage gave us their numbers that they were who we were going to select.

Working with Benjamin was an amazing experience. As a first time home buyer, he was patient and made sure any questions I had was answered promptly. I never felt under any pressure and knew I could rely on him for whatever I needed. My only complaint is I couldn’t work with him for the entire process!
