Sam was a pleasure to work with on my refinancing journey -- there were some rough spots along the way, like the obscenely low valuation that impacted things and the fact that we funded more escrow than necessary due to my town collecting quarterly taxes and not bi-annual. Menal was very knowledgable and friendly. Also super aggressive; she made it very clear that her top priority was getting the sale, called multiple household numbers 4+ times/day. Great service if you want things done quickly, efficiently and online. Appreciated operating after normal business hours because of my work schedule, but I wouldn't expect any extra "breathing room" for explanations, ...Menal was very knowledgable and friendly.
