Patrick Connelly reached out to me to explain a way I could reduce my interest rate on a secured loan by nearly a full percentage point. It was at first a bit complicated but he walked me through the steps. He also asked various questions to make sure I understood and could compare the features of my existing loan with those he was proposing. During the actual loan application process Patrick was available to answer clearly some questions I had about the new loan. There are various players at Rocket Mortgage who are involved from start to finish and it was quite helpful to have Patrick "keep the trains on time." Amira was very knowledgeable of the process and each step flowed as she told us it would. Very responsive on questions we had, normally replied within a couple of ours. Was out of office for part of our process, but apparently had done a thorough job briefing those who would "pick up the reins" while she was otherwise engaged. Smooth, smooth effort without a single hitch or hick-up. Well done...Amira was very knowledgeable of the process and each step flowed as she told us it would.
