Evan was so easy to work with. He was constantly in contact and checking in with us to make sure everything was on track and we had no questions. He was easily accessible to us for any concerns. We have never had such an easy refinance/mortgage experience from the first contact. I wish everyone was as professional as Evan. Would recommend him to anyone. A great experience for us. Jimmy was absolutely amazing during the whole process. My biggest fear was not understanding something or not being able to get ahold of my loan company when I had a question. Jimmy personally made these fears invalid. He kept me informed before I had to even question what was going on. He even checked in when there wasnt anything to talk about.
