I am rating Jon at level 5 because he actually walked me through every step of my mortgage application, even the very difficult ones. In particular he seemed to hear my concerns and did not dismiss them. My father died in the middle of the mortgage application and he went out of his way to step in and make it possible for me to complete the process.
