We have delt with Sandra on two different occasions and both times our account was given top priority through completion.
She is VERY professional as well as knowledgeable, while being personable the whole time.
We would gladly do business with her... no problem!!

I had a great experience working with Rob. He was supportive, caring, and consistently checked in throughout the entire process, which made a stressful experience feel much more manageable. He provided excellent recommendations and really took the time to make sure I understood my options. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. Highly recommend working with him!

We had a great experience working with Guillaume. From start to finish, he was extremely communicative, keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure we understood all of our options.
He did an excellent job relaying information clearly and efficiently, which made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. He was also very proactive in working to get us the best deal possible, and it really showed in the final outcome.
If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely looking out for your best interest, I would highly recommend working with Guillaume.Read MoreRead Less

Within minutes of submitting an online request for refinancing with Rocket Mortgage, I received a call from Christine. She was professional, pleasant, and patient, and she guided us through the process, from start to finish, ensuring we locked in a good rate and quickly set a closing date that worked with our schedule.

My wife and I have dealt with a lot of different banks in our life and Sean is by far the most knowledgeable and patient person we have ever come across. He genuinely cares about a person's situation and will explain all options well. He is very professional and made our refinance process very smooth. He always does what he says hes going to do, even if that means working late hours. He always responds promptly with answers to the questions we had. Highly recommend working with him.Read MoreRead Less
