It was the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and we were suppose to close escrow. We were driving in from out of state and planned on staying in our new home. Long story short we almost were stuck for 3 days and nowhere to go. Escrow got screwed up. I got on the phone to Michael. With his help and a bunch of other people at Rocket Mortgage, they saved the day and we closed on Friday at 4:00 pm. I will be forever grateful. Tito and I worked well together. He listened to my needs and suggested a product that would fit my needs but didn't push anything that I didn't want. I submitted things as soon as he asked for them and he didn't waste my time by losing paperwork or asking for anything redundant.
