Jeremy really listened to our situation, understood exactly what we wanted and what we didn’t want, and made sure we got everything that we wanted. Once we were approved and had our rate settled we moved further into closing. At this point Jeremy still checked in and I was able to email him when I had any questions as well as our new contact. He always called or emailed back very quickly and made sure we were taken care of to our satisfaction. I truly can’t say enough great things about him and the whole process.
