I have done close to a dozen deals with Justin over the last 5 years. Anytime I have a buyer that hasn’t been pre-approved yet, he’s the first person to come to mind. He’s knowledgeable, and always on the ball. Joe reached out to me to let me know that I could refinance and get a 20 year mortgage with a much lower interest rate than I had previously with my 30 year.
