Allen was extremely knowledgeable. He directed us to the right product. Later, he fully explained some rather arcane questions regarding our refinance. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process, Always explaining thoroughly where we were in the process and when and what would be happening next. He responded to my e-mails and calls with celerity. When others in the process were a little tardy in processing information, he got the ball rolling again immediately. Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Courteous. You have a gem. Treat him so! I would hire Allen immediately if I were in need of a customer service professional. I know excellent customer service, as I supervised and managed call centers, in the telephony industry and later ran a construction firm.
