He did this by constantly holding "sales clinics" during lunch and after our team huddles to rep out the CCP and discuss the Rocket Mortgage products and programs. On a daily basis, Paul assigned action items centered around sharpening our sales skills and learning the technology (AMP) that we would be using on the banking floor. In addition to this, Paul was a huge supporter of culture and innovation and helped a fellow teammate and myself create a weekly video series, "Cooper's Culture" that has spread Foundation wide and will continue into New Development. He was extremely helpful as he walked me through the entire process. I was really amazed how easy the entire process was. Paul Clark helped me as well, and I feel the people you have working for your company are great. I have already recommended Rocket Mortgage to several people. Next year when my niece is ready to buy a home I told my family to use Rocket Mortgage.
Thank you for all the help I received to help with my refinance and to pay off debt. My life will be easier now. If rates every drop down from what I would be open to refinance with your company again.
