The loan process from start to finish was smooth. Everything happened when or before Sarah said it would happen. Sarah was available to answer any questions we had during the 13 days from application to closing.

Josh was unable to meet our closing deadline, but that was because my previous loan officer, Patrick Connelly, dropped the ball on my pre-approved loan and then handed it over to Josh at the last minute. I believe that Josh did a good job despite the difficult position he was put in by his predecessor.
