At my worst/lowest moment in this home buying process, I was sitting in my car in a parking lot in despair trying to decide what to do. A relative drives up & I tell her my problem. She asked me why I hadn't tried Rocket Mortgage. I told her I didn't know anything about buying a home & that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. She grabbed her phone and called Alex. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams.
