My experience with Pedro and his team was excellent !! I could tell they incorporate LEAN principles into their process. After having a major bank chain say they could get to a qualification letter for me in a week.. I got ahold of Rocket Mortgage and 15 minutes later, Pedro had my qualification letter. I was hooked from there, I tended to provide more information up front that I believed was ...My experience with Pedro and his team was excellent !! Sam was wonderful to work with. He custom tailored the mortgage to meet the terms I was looking for. I wanted to pay my mortgage off in four years and wanted a fix rate. He worked the amortization schedule so I knew what it took to obtain my goals. Since fixed rate mortgages don’t have 4 year terms.
