He communicated exactly what was needed to secure my loan and returned calls, emails & texts promptly for a smooth process. I originally heard about Rocket Mortgage on the radio and thought it sounded too good to be true, but working with Nick really was as good-actually way better than advertised!

Made home buying the best experience I have ever had with a business my wife and I couldn't have asked for better. The only thing I didn't like is we couldn't work with him the entire process. As soon as we switched over to a va loan we had to deal with other people who were not as good as frank... thank you for all your hard work Frank god bless you and your family
