Tima tried to escalate the process as much as possible and sometimes did so with out consideration of my schedule. I travel extensively for my job thus there were times I just couldn't meet his schedule. For this reason I mark Tima a 4. I don't mean to diminish the amount of effort committed but the customer should be a part of the decision.
