Jerry answered questions prior to closing of the loan. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We tried to reach Jerry after all paperwork was completed and he did not return our calls in a timely manner. Jerry could improve in this area and now that he is aware of this minor "hiccup", I see a resolution in the future. I would recommend Jerry and love Rocket Mortgage.
