It was truly a pleasure working with Jad. I got a call from him to re-finance our house. He was just trying to reach us since the rates were lower. I was shopping around at that time and I decided to call him back really first thing in the morning at 8 am and he answered the phone (his cell phone) and I told him that we want to refinance quickly. He said he has a really busy day but he will try to...It was truly a pleasure working with Jad. I got a call from him to re-finance our house. He followed up and answered all my questions either by phone or email promptly and is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient at every step. In addition, he is also very friendly and approachable that he answered all my questions about my re-financing options and details of my financial situation, etc. We re-financed two houses in about 2 weeks!
