Alex was extremely thorough and deliberate in getting everything that was needed up front. I really appreciated the constant contact and updates on the application process also I like the tools that Rocket Mortgage provides to track documents needed and the ability to check anytime on the progress of my application. My loan agent made everything comfortable and was eager to answer all my question during the loan process . Yes, I did receive back my $500.00 deposit appraisal on the house at closing . Allen was knowledgeable and thorough throughout the loan refi process. He was responsive and tentative to my questions and concerns. I must say this was the best experience I have had in a while doing a loan refi. I've used Rocket Mortgage in the past and it has always been good. But Allen has outdone all previous rep's. I will call him or would recommend him to my friends.
