My dad, who refinanced their mortgage with Rocket Mortgage, told me to give Rocket Mortgage a shot so we did. We had become very discouraged until Chris got in touch with us. Not only did he give us hope in the house buying process, he also made it extremely easy for us. He constantly stayed in touch with us and let us know exactly what he needed from us day-by-day. My wife and I could literally sit back and relax while Chris worked out everything for us, getting us preapproved, while also answering every question that we presented to him. We had lost all hope in purchasing our dream home until Chris worked his magic, and now thanks to him, and Rocket Mortgage, my wife, daughter, and I purchased our dream home and have been living in it for 3 weeks now.
