He never failed to get back to me, explained all of the documents I needed to provide and provided clear answers to all of my questions along the way. Dena was a pleasure to work...she investigated every avenue to help me.
She knows her business and is willing to share that information. I would not hesitate to refer her to my friends.

Jack was very knowledgeable and kind and patient with the handling of my refinance. He checked back with me periodically to see if I had any issues and if I did he gave me his phone number and contacted me immediately when I called. He was very thorough and his communication skills were great. Thank you Jack. You are a rarity in today's society.

Zoe was everything you would want, and more. She is an excellent communicator, knows her products well and anticipates questions. She is able to strike the perfect balance between business and friendship, so it makes you want to do business with her. That is a very hard skill to master, and as I managed call centers across the country for a very large bank, I would know (retired Senior VP).
