Jacquie was great to work with as she was knowledgable, pleasant, reliable as my wife and I always received prompt responses to questions from her and she clearly explained everything about the loan process. The way I would discribe Will Francis is that he is persistent. If it wasn't for this attribute I would had not been a Rocket Mortgage-Loan client.
