I really appreciate how knowledgeable John Taft is. He made me understand my real wants and needs with my financial situation on this house. A big five stars and if I could give him 6 stars I would. Rocket Mortgage needs to make a 6th star or John star when quality and professionalism is at that level. No joke John, thank you and everyone who made this possible this easy and fast!!!

Gino is outstanding! I never thought we would qualify for a mortgage. Gino went out of his way to get us approved. Paperwork was nominal & everything was done online.
