Julius was very nice and friendly. He was helpful in explaining the procedure for the loan and in getting necessary information to go forward with it. My one criticism is that he was a little bit too optimistic in the time it would take to close. I believe his statement was: "just think, in a couple of weeks you will be debt free". It does take a bit longer than 2 weeks.
