He walked us through every step of the process, spent hours on the phone with my husband, and talked us through every possible scenario and outcome so we always knew what to expect. We felt informed, prepared, and confident from start to finish.

He was also extremely responsive and communicative, answering every question (and we had a lot!), always making himself available, and making us feel like a priority throughout the entire process.

He even went above and beyond by connecting us with additional Rocket Mortgage resources to make sure we were in the best possible position going into closing.
