I literally only got one call/VM from Chris.............I am sure he is great, but why would I only get a request to review someone that was < 1% of my overall Rocket Mortgage transaction? I worked with Tyler Nowicki and then Chase Tennant. Tyler was very responsive, and got me the information I needed with little delay, and also helped me get acquainted with the Rocket interface, etc. I would give him 4-stars...........no real issues, was good to work with, but not the best of the best. I was passed off to Chase Tennant with an abrupt message saying that Tyler had moved onto another part of Rocket Mortgage (now that I think about it, perhaps Chris is the one that left me that message?). Chase was also good to work with - same as Tyler.........got me what I needed when I needed it. The main issue I had was that I had too many people that I was supposed to work through - I think there was even a 4th or 5th person that I was contacted by and given their name, but did nothing for me in the process. That was all very confusing and did not reflect well on Rocket Mortgage in terms of them being an organized company.
Overall, the process was fine - I got a mortgage with little hassle and was able to close on my home on time. Wasn't the best process I have ever used (I did like Rocket, though(), but also not the worst.Read MoreRead Less
