We have had an excellent experience with Dan and Rocket Mortgage. Without descending into hyperbole Dan and team were highly professional and unbelievably responsive with a high level of attention to detail. I could not recommend and him and Rocket Mortgage any more strongly.

I am very pleased to say that working with your company representative [Samantha Ellis] and her team made the final purchase of my home a reality. We worked very well together... Samantha was my rock... No matter what I faced with any of the numerous buyer's and/or seller's agents; and all the over zealous homeowners with their grossly overpriced, under maintained; omission of or cover-up of ...I am very pleased to say that working with your company representative [Samantha Ellis] and her team made the final purchase of my home a reality. We worked very well together... Samantha was my rock... No matter what I faced with any of the numerous buyer's and/or seller's agents; and all the over zealous homeowners with their grossly overpriced, under maintained; omission of or cover-up of seller's disclosures;etc., and definitely lacking the old fashioned "curb appeal"... and then constantly blindsided by the financial side of the buying process with the interest rates being raised constantly. It all worked out in the end. I would also like to add that my comments of professionalism and team player, etc is also echoed by all the comments and thanks I was given by both the Title Company rep [Jennifer Larson} and her various office personnel; and the seller's agent [Cindy Wheeler]. They were amazed that when I asked for a 30 days close that Samantha was able to have all the numbers and info to the Title company in actually under 22 days. That is TEAM work at its best on Samantha's Ellis's part.

Alex was absolutely amazing! He deserves 100 stars! I have re-financed my home in the past with other banks but Alex and Rocket Mortgage made it amazingly fast and stress free. Chris is a rockstar! Too many good things to list but to name a few: 1. Chris was very responsive by text, call and email. 2. They came in almost $14K cheaper in closing costs than any of the other 4 vendors I looked at. 3. I am a first time home buyer and was pretty nervous coming into it. I had spoken to a few other lenders before checking out Rocket Mortgage and getting paired with Frank. The difference in service was striking! It was not even that the people I talked to at other banks were bad, Frank was just so much better. Frank is patient, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Any question I had--and there were a lot ...I am a first time home buyer and was pretty nervous coming into it. I had spoken to a few other lenders before checking out Rocket Mortgage and getting paired with Frank. The difference in service was striking! It was not even that the people I talked to at other banks were bad, Frank was just so much better. Frank is patient, thoughtful, and enthusiastic. Any question I had--and there were a lot of them--was answered promptly and in-depth. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from him, and really got the feeling that he cared. This kind of personal service was not what I was expecting from the largest mortgage lender in the country--he really made me feel like I was an important client, even though I am not buying an expensive home.
