Natalie worked with me through several challenges, starting with a confusion-based delinquency right before I began the refinance process. That was a tough one to get past, but I ended up in a fair loan with a decent rate when it was all said and done. Her communication was wonderful through the whole process, and I highly recommend her for any lending needs.
