Although I wanted to REFI sooner, I completely procrastinated "waiting for the right time in my schedule to deal with the process". This was so simple and Austin responded to all of my questions very expeditiously. I didn't have to deal with "oh, we never received this documentation or that..."--all of the nightmare stories I was dreading.
