Shmuel was absolutely fantastic! He was able to assist me in understanding the refinance process without talking above my knowledge and when I asked questions or didn't understand he was great at explaining things so that I did understand. Every time I tried it was a bad experience and failed. I was terrified of trying again (for the 5th time). But Shmuel made it so easy and best of all....there was no stress!. Between Shmuel and Vanessa Larkins, they both walked me through it step by step and kept reassuring me that things were going correctly. Shmuel was always available for my questions and concerns, he even worked really late one night because of our time zone difference to make sure this loan was going to go through. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and most important, thank you for helping me finally be able to call my Home.... My Home!!!!!!!
