Bill managed to save a home purchase for my client, for that I am hugely grateful. After dealing with an different lender for 3 weeks and getting to the point of closing, only to have the terms changed, we had 14 days to turn this around and get my client closed. Bill checked with his supervisor on the timing prior to giving us the go ahead, as he didn't want to cost my client any additional fees ...Bill managed to save a home purchase for my client, for that I am hugely grateful. He came back to me the same day and we got working on the loan process again, we closed 14 days later with no issues at all and a very happy buyer.
