So I had previously contacted one of my regular banks and asked about refinancing my current VA loan to a conventional loan so I could free up my VA to buy a second house. Surprisingly they didn’t really help me out too well.

On a whim, I hit up Rocket Mortgage online. During my initial conversation with Zach, he connected the dots for me and suggested I apply for a second VA loan! I didn’t ...So I had previously contacted one of my regular banks and asked about refinancing my current VA loan to a conventional loan so I could free up my VA to buy a second house. Surprisingly they didn’t really help me out too well.

On a whim, I hit up Rocket Mortgage online. During my initial conversation with Zach, he connected the dots for me and suggested I apply for a second VA loan! I didn’t know you do that. My goal was to put only 10% down and the numbers worked perfectly!

This is my fourth time buying a house and I was amazed by how smooth this process happened. And it started with Zach!
