It all started with a click of a button because I was ready to buy home. Within a couple of hours Tom gave me a ring. As many folks feel, it's intimidating, scary, and exciting all at the same time! He was visible and available to me throughout the entire loan process and it made me feel confident. He even placed a call out to a realtor who represented a house that we were looking to buy to confirm I was a qualified buyer to give me a leg up against other bidders!
