Jim is the best! About two and a half years ago, we did a reverse mortgage to purchase a resale. There was a lot of paperwork, but Jim made it easy to understand and gave us an excellent deal. We appreciated his PATIENCE! Two years later, because of the growth in value of our home due to both the economy and improvements we had made, he helped us refinance our reverse and pull additional funds...Jim is the best!
