When I first talked to Ryan and described my situation he told me about the rate I qualified for and how soon it could be done, I thought, no way! It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. It was true. From start to finish the process took 8 days. We did it completely on my and my wife's phones. All of the paperwork and all the documentation and Ryan walked us through every step of the way. He answered all questions we had and as we were passed from one stage to the next Ryan would call, text or email us to make sure all was going well and to answer any questions. So now because of Ryan and Rocket Mortgage, I have 3 years less to pay on my loan, no more MPI payment, lower interest rate and a lower mortgage payment.
