I have had over 15 companies ask me to refinance with them. I chose Rocket Mortgage, because my co worker said they were easy to work with. I got so many call backs from other companies who claim to beat the rate now that Rocket Mortgage gave me the best rate on their first shot. That said a lot about their character. He was very helpful in getting everything together and complete, with very little help from me. H was a real pleasure to deal with also. I found out he has a daughter named Carol and that is my name also, so I mailed him a bracelet I owned that I had my name on it.
