I was very pleased with Ryan. He asnswered my questions in a way I could understand and go forward.He was well organized to allow things to move forward at a good clip. He was NOT pushy .
He was helpful in the processing the documents by ensign.
As the process moved thru it’s stages, he was there to again answere my inquiries. It may all be his job but gave me the feeling he was enjoying it by ...I was very pleased with Ryan.
